Our signature farm-to-table restaurant (opening Q4 2026) will feature celebrity chef evenings and private chef's table experiences — every meal at Bison Ridge is a journey. Your quarterly dues are credited directly toward food and beverage.

Your membership grants full access to every amenity at Bison Ridge Resort & Residences, including the 6,000 sq. ft. infinity pool, oversized hot tub, and private cabanas (target opening Q4 2026); the wellness center featuring spa treatments and fitness experiences (target opening Q1 2027); the farm-to-table restaurant and cocktail lounge (target opening Q4 2026); the fully stocked 3-acre fishing lake; private hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails; guided wildlife tours; skeet shooting range; and exclusive member-only events featuring celebrity chefs, live music, and appearances from some of Nashville’s biggest artists.
Members also receive a first right of refusal on select property opportunities within the community before they are publicly offered.
Family Memberships are offered at a one-time initiation fee of $50,000. Corporate Memberships are $75,000 and include up to three designated users. All memberships include $3,000 in quarterly dues, fully credited toward food and beverage purchases.
Yes — your $3,000 quarterly dues are credited directly toward food and beverage experiences at Bison Ridge Resort & Residences. Every dollar is applied back toward restaurant and bar charges, including our signature farm-to-table restaurant and cocktail lounge (target opening Q4 2026), poolside dining, craft cocktails, and curated wine and beer selections. It’s not simply a fee — it’s an invitation to indulge in the Bison Ridge lifestyle.
Memberships at Bison Ridge Resort & Residences are transferable, subject to board approval and a 15% club retainage fee. Memberships transfer at the prevailing membership rate in effect at the time of transfer. Whether you choose to pass your membership to a family member or include it as part of a property sale, our concierge team will guide you through a seamless transfer process. Founding Member pricing and benefits will remain attached to the membership upon transfer.
Deposits received prior to the official opening will guarantee your Founding Member status at Bison Ridge Resort & Residences.
The application process begins with submission of your membership application. The membership committee reviews each applicant within approximately 14 business days, followed by a personal phone call with our membership director. Approved applicants then receive a formal invitation to join and may schedule a private tour of the property, even prior to the full completion of the resort and clubhouse.
Every step of the process is intentionally designed to be personal, respectful, and reflective of the exclusivity that defines the Bison Ridge community.
If, following the Founding Members event, you decide not to proceed with completing your membership and paying the remaining balance due, your deposit will be fully refunded upon written notice of cancellation.
